Planning Board Meeting

Members present: Wayne Daye, Ryan Dunphey, Alan Kelley, Liana Sinclair and Garry Wells 

 

Meeting called to order at 6:30pm 

 

Items discussed: 

 

o Discussed where in the process having the Home Car Garage Repair Shop become a special 
use permit. Liana had one conversation with the County Planning Office but needs to 
continue correspondence to get their advice and approval on wording of the special use 
permit. 
o Discussed the progress of the Mobile Home restrictions. Ryan will alter the wording so that 
it fits the requirements made by the Town Board.
